The Wool House, a 45-unit development on Gilesgate in Hexham, offers one- and two-bedroom apartments, duplexes, and penthouses spread across six floors.
The Wool House (Image: Clothier Lacey & Co)Will Thornton of Youngs RPS, the estate agent marketing the development, said: "There is a strong demand for apartments at The Wool House and we are continuing with viewings on a weekly basis.
While buyers can reserve homes at The Wool House, a sale cannot be completed until the necessary approval is granted.

The building was originally Henry Bell's Wool Warehouse before it was converted into a swimming pool in the early 1970s.
