Ashwini Vaishnaw meets TG team to review railway projects

Hyderabad: Union Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw met with a delegation of Members of Parliament, Members of Legislative Assembly, and other public representatives from Telangana on July 30 to review major railway infrastructure and regional connectivity projects across the state.
During the interaction, Ashwini Vaishnaw announced that the Detailed Project Report for the proposed Adilabad–Armur new railway line has been successfully completed and will soon be submitted for formal administrative approvals before work commences.
Furthermore, he outlined ambitious plans to transform Hyderabad into a major high-speed rail hub, emphasizing the Ministry's commitment to locating key stations within the city centre to ensure maximum convenience and accessibility for daily commuters.
The delegation and the Minister also deliberated on several other crucial rail infrastructure projects aimed at modernising public transport, strengthening regional economic links, and enhancing overall travel efficiency throughout Telangana.
