Saraswati Gao, NET Correspondent, Arunachal PradeshThe Minister for Agriculture and Animal Husbandry Gabriel D Wangsu on Tuesday laid the foundation stone for a Modern Cattle Shed at the Central Cattle Breeding Farm (CCBF), CLF, Nirjuli in the presence of Secretary (AHV&DD) and senior departmental officials. Terming the project a key initiative to upgrade livestock infrastructure, the Minister said it will help in adopting modern, scientific cattle management practices across the state. After the foundation stone ceremony, the Minister inspected the project layout and reviewed strategies with officers to further boost cattle breeding and dairy activities at the farm. The new infrastructure at CCBF will strengthen breed improvement programmes and enhance milk production, supporting farmers and dairy cooperatives in the region.
