Mural artist Sholo paints an Evanston Grows storage container in Elks Park in early August. The artist has designed and painted several other murals in Evanston, including one on the wall around the corner from Curt’s Café at Central Street and Lincolnwood Drive. Last year, Sholo won the 2025 Curator Fellowship at the Evanston Art Center. Related Stories
