Hyderabad: Police have intensified their investigation into the case involving suspended Jubilee Hills Inspector Srinivas Reddy on July 30. As part of the ongoing probe, the Jubilee Hills DCP questioned the suspended inspector. According to reports, the victim alleged that certain police officers are supporting Srinivas Reddy by carrying out a negative campaign against her. She informed senior officials that Srinivas Reddy maintains close ties with a prominent builder based on Road No 5 in Jubilee Hills, who has been assisting him following his suspension. Senior officials assured a thorough inquiry into the allegations while examining the evidence submitted by the victim regarding extortion, threats, and malicious campaigning.
