Wick Academy goalkeeper Lewis Gallacher has spent his summer holidays coaching children in Brazil. The Scorries stopper returned to Caithness on Friday after a month delivering sessions in the Gamboa district of Rio de Janeiro. “It was very different from Scottish PE teaching, but it was really good to go and it gives you a different perspective on things. Gallacher added: “Wick were very good about me being away, but I’m excited to be back now. “Some of the new players looked good – I thought Jason Scott (who has joined from Orkney this summer) was phenomenal.
