The Shreveport Police Department is investigating a fatal shooting that occurred on Thurgood Circle. The investigation indicates that the woman’s romantic partner had arrived at the home shortly before her former boyfriend came to the property and allegedly attempted to force his way inside the home. During the fiasco, the man who was already inside the residence reportedly fired several shots at the man who had forced his way inside, resulting in his death.
