Boca Raton, FL – August 11, 2026 – The City of Boca Raton invites residents to join the next “Let’s Talk Boca: Conversations with Your City Manager” event on Wednesday, August 19, for an open discussion focused on public safety and the City’s public safety services and priorities.
Hosted by City Manager Mark Sohaney, the public event will give residents an opportunity to meet Boca Raton’s new Police Chief, Jarad Phelps, along with Fire Rescue Services Chief John Treanor and Deputy City Manager & Chief Financial Officer Jim Zervis.
Attendees will learn more about the City’s public safety priorities and services, hear an overview of the Police Services Complex, and engage directly with City leadership through questions and discussion.
