Aberdeen Marathon comes hot on the heels of this year’s inaugural half marathon event. It will debut alongside a 5K race in the city, and the return of the half marathon with a brand new route. The Aberdeen Marathon will take place on Saturday July 17 2027. Places are still available for the 5K race, which is limited to 1,000 participants, and the half marathon, capped at 2,000. Participants will take in iconic Aberdeen landmarks such as the River Dee and the Aberdeen University while spectators cheer from the sidelines.
