This week, 76 people were booked and kept at Caddo Correctional Center for various crimes. The victim told officers that Elliott Stonecipher, her partner of 33 years, had been drinking and became physically abusive during an ongoing argument. Stonecipher was arrested and charged with domestic abuse battery and domestic abuse aggravated assault.
