Tony Standing, 46, pleaded guilty to attempting to engage in sexual communication with a child, attempting to meet a child following grooming, and attempting to incite a child to engage in sexual activity. As well as instructing her to perform sexual acts on herself, he sent instructions for getting to his home. He was confronted by paedophile hunters at his home address in Sunset Road on June 14. Ms Rosso said: “In his police station interview, Mr Standing admitted that this offence was fuelled by a cocaine addiction.” Standing, who is being held at Belmarsh Prison, will be sentenced next month after pre-sentence reports are completed.
