Quake fans are getting new content for free, as a celebration of 30 years since the launch of the original in 1996. The free update is for the 2021 remaster of the game and is available across all platforms. It is a free campaign that adds to the previously released Dimension of the Past and Dimension of the Machine episodes. Dawn of the Machine is available to all Quake owners for free as an add-on to the 2021 remaster. All platforms, including Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, PC (via Steam and Xbox Store), Game Pass, Steam, Nintendo Switch and Switch 2 (via backwards compatibility), PS5, and PS4, can download the campaign today.
