A couple months on from its reveal at Summer Game Fest, Panache Digital has now announced that 1666: Amsterdam will launch into Early Access on PC on 25th August. During the day Noa will explore and search for clues to find the identity of the Original that she is hunting that day, largely trying to stay covert and not be discovered. At night, Noa can really emerge as a Zaindaris witch, hunt down the Original and fight them at their point of greatest strength and weakness. We’ve played 1666: Amsterdam at an event hosted by Panache in the city itself. The game comes from Panache, the studio founded by Patrice Désilets, the creative director of the first two Assassin’s Creed games.
