Rostraver Township residents have an opportunity to weigh in on planned improvements along Route 906 as PennDOT opens a virtual display for an upcoming slide repair project. The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s District 12, in coordination with the Federal Highway Administration, is seeking public feedback on its 2025 Slide Repairs Project, which includes work in Rostraver Township in Westmoreland County and Amwell Township in Washington County. In Rostraver, PennDOT plans to clean the rockfall ditch and make minor drainage improvements along Route 906, also known as Webster Road. There, PennDOT plans to realign the roadway and perform stabilization work because of a slope failure. Those who cannot access the information online or need translation or interpretation services, alternative formats or other assistance can contact PennDOT Project Manager Scott Miller at 724-439-7142 or jacmiller@pa.gov.
