Mohrsville - Schrift - Carol E., 84, of Mohrsville, passed away August 1, 2026, surrounded by her family. Carol was the spouse of Darryl G. Schrift, Sr., with whom she shared 66 wonderful years of marriage. Carol expressed her love through cooking and baking, delighting her family with countless homemade meals and treats. Carol adored her grandchildren and found great joy in spending time with them and shopping for them. In addition to her spouse, Darryl, Carol is survived by her sons, Darryl G. Schrift, Jr. (Pam), of Ridgeley, W.Va., and Gary L. Schrift (Kathy), of Alum Bank, Pa. She will be missed by her grandchildren: Michael Schrift (Hannah), Michele Luu (Chau), Lauren Neely (Nathan), and Alexander Schrift.
