Elda Zulick died Tuesday August 4 at home in the loving company of her family. She was born Elda Jane Gillette June 22, 1940 in Binghamton, New York to Mildred and C. Richard Gillette. She soon began her own business, Grist Mill Real Estate, and as a woman business owner, she was a pioneer and a success. Elda trained and mentored many professionals in the local real estate community and through them her influence persists to this day. She was a member of the Ulster County Board of Realtors and a licensed real estate broker.
