An HVAC worker in Tennessee was killed after a co-worker shot him on Tuesday while on the job. Court documents show that Williams, 21, was the one who contacted the police, saying he had shot his co-worker. Detectives spoke with a homeowner who said that when he heard a popping noise, he went outside and found Swindle shot, and Williams admitted to being responsible. Williams told homicide detectives that Swindle punched him and put him in a chokehold, all while making threats. On July 9, an HVAC tech with Quality Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric in Tulsa, Oklahoma, was threatened with a gun by a customer.
