Sawyer Savings Bank temporarily closed all of its branches after a technical disruption affected parts of its network, the bank announced Aug. 3. The bank did not disclose the cause or extent of the disruption, but said it was working to resolve the problem and would reopen the branches as soon as possible. Online and mobile banking, debit cards, remote deposit capture and mobile check deposit remain available. The bank is also offering a limited number of in-person appointments for transactions that cannot be completed through those services. HV1 is awaiting a response from Sawyer Savings Bank for additional comments.
