On July 21, New Paltz Central School District (NPCSD) Superintendent Stephen Gratto shared a community letter detailing changes to education across New York State and how those changes would impact his district.
The changes would also eliminate local requirements, requiring school districts to confer diplomas to students who satisfy the state’s requirements.
