has officially reopened, and the Nine Mile Store has transformed into a lifeline for people who have been impacted by the Autumn Lane and Old Trails fires. The gas station has been standing for over 100 years and is now giving back to its community when it matters most. “It’s just neighbors helping neighbors,” said store owner, Corrine Rogers. The donations are laid outside of the store right next to the gas station. Rogers says she will leave the gas station lights on after hours so people can stop by and collect donations at any time.
