With more than 26 years of experience in financial services, Junior Shabangu has built a career spanning senior leadership roles across the WesBank business. Since September 2022, Shabangu has been Head of OEM Automotive Partnerships, where she oversees the TFS and VWSA Associates portfolios, focusing on strategic initiatives and streamlining business functions. She holds a BSocSc degree, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and a Master’s degree in Business Leadership. Those early experiences instilled the importance of listening deeply, responding with speed and clarity, and building trust through consistent delivery. Today, in leading OEM Automotive Partnerships at WesBank, I draw on these combined experiences to balance strategic insight with disciplined execution.
