Popeyes, the New Orleans-born chicken chain, has confirmed it will open a new Dublin restaurant, Popeyes Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, at 10am on Friday 21 August, in the food court. The Popeyes at Liffey Valley will create approximately 55 jobs for the local area. To celebrate the opening of Popeyes Liffey Valley Shopping Centre, on opening day customers can get their hands on a number of prizes. ‘Latest Edition’Visitors to Popeyes Liffey Valley Shopping Centre will enjoy the famous ‘Shatter Crunch’ chicken, bold New Orleans flavours, and warm Southern hospitality. “We’re delighted to welcome Popeyes to Liffey Valley Shopping Centre as the latest addition to our food offering,” said Claire Findlay, centre manager.
