CZER is expected to have the site up and running within two weeks, mirroring the rapid launch of its original location, which opened just a month after Livsey and Baltaitis first teased the concept on social media. CZER currently operates from a counter at the back of Mayfair Food Fayre, a newsagent close to Marble Arch. CZER has a tightly focused menu centred on two chicken Caesar wraps – the Classic CZER and Picante CZER. The concept has attracted significant attention on social media, with queues at the Mayfair site reportedly stretching to around an hour. CZER has responded by handing out water and snacks to those waiting and posting regular queue updates on Instagram.
