Around 1:30 a.m. on Aug. 10, the Ephraim and Manti Fire Departments responded to a fire at the Snow Dragon Chinese Restaurant on the south end of Ephraim. The blaze was brought under control around 5:00 a.m., but the building is believed to be a total loss. The building was vacant at the time and no injuries were reported. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
