The Dear Jackie name will be retained, with the restaurant to trade as Beefbar at Dear Jackie. Founded by Monaco-based entrepreneur Riccardo Giraudi, Beefbar launched in Monte Carlo in 2005 with the ambition of ‘reimagining the traditional steakhouse through a contemporary, fashion-forward lens’. Conceived by owner Noel Hayden and a group of founding friends, it was designed by Martin Brudnizki.
