Launching on 13 September until the 15 November, the partnership introduces two sandwiches which will be available across selected PAUL sites in London, Oxford and Reading. The range comprises Le Boeuf Blanc, featuring roast beef, celeriac remoulade, horseradish and truffle oil; and the vegetarian Le Brie Blanc with brie with caramelised onions, marinated chicory, crushed walnuts, truffle oil and celery. Founded in Lille in 1889, PAUL has 32 UK locations, offering freshly made breads, sandwiches and pâtisserie.
