Asian Development Bank appoints new Country Director for MongoliaAKIPRESS.COM - The Asian Development Bank (ADB) has appointed John Juhyun Jeong as its new Country Director for Mongolia.
I look forward to working closely with the government, private sector, development community, and other key partners to support Mongolia's development goals and improve the lives of its people," Jeong said.
Prior to that, he led private sector agribusiness investments in ADB's Private Sector Operations Department, including in Mongolia.
To date, ADB has committed $4.99 billion in public and private sector investments to support the country's sustainable and inclusive development.
