The ground floor will operate as a chef-led restaurant, while the first floor will house Chelsea Music Bar, a late-night venue licensed until 1.30am. Head chef Adam Iglesias is returning to lead the kitchen at the new Chelsea site. Iglesias previously headed the food operation at Prince Arthur in Belgravia, where the restaurant received recognition in the Michelin Guide for two consecutive years. Upstairs, Chelsea Music Bar, inspired by Tokyo listening bars, will have a vinyl-led music programme, live performances and a cocktail menu. “Prince Arthur’s restaurant chapter at 11 Pimlico Road has been an incredibly important part of our journey,” says Artur Voloshin, Founder of Prince Arthur.
