Collinsville - Melba Ruth Woodson Welch of Collinsville, Texas passed way Sunday, August 2, 2026 after a long fulfilling life at the age of 94. Woodson and Dora Alice Woodson in Vernon, Texas on January 20, 1932. She was preceded in death by her parents, and a sister, Earlene Pryne, two brothers, Clarence and Curtis Woodson, and one daughter, Benita Tate Blythe. Visitation will be on Tuesday, August 4, 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Turrentine-Jackson-Morrow Funeral Home in Whitesboro. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 10:00 AM at Collinsville Church of Christ in Collinsville, Texas.
