She began her career serving as an associate at Bass, Berry & Sims before becoming associate general counsel at ModMed. She earned her law degree from the University of North Carolina School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University. Before joining Bass, Berry & Sims, Moriarty was an attorney at Alston & Bird LLP in its New York office. He earned his law degree from Belmont University College of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Alabama.
