US branded salty-snack manufacturer Utz Brands reported net sales to $371.8 million (€321.9 million) in the second quarter of its 2026 financial year, up 1.4% year on year. Organic net sales matched that 1.4% increase, anchored by a 3.3% rise in the company’s core Branded Salty Snacks segment, accounting for 89.0% of total net sales. ADVERTISEMENTUtz reported a net loss of $16.0 million (€13.9 million) on a GAAP basis, down from $10.1 million (€8.7 million) net profit in the second quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA grew by 14.4%, to $55.7 million (€48.2 million), representing 15.0% of net sales, while the net leverage ratio improved by 0.6x, to 3.5x.
