Rossmann Breaks Ground On New Regional Logistics Hub In Emstek

German drugstore chain Rossmann has commenced construction of a new regional warehouse in Emstek, which is set to become operational in October 2027.
Once Rossmann completes construction, the facility will feature 22,000 square metres of dedicated warehouse space alongside 1,100 square metres of modern office premises.
Regional ExpansionBuilt to service up to 250 Rossmann stores across Lower Saxony, Hamburg, Bremen, and North Rhine-Westphalia, the new hub will handle around 60 truck deliveries daily.
Rossman currently operates around 363,000 square metres of total logistics floor space nationwide.
Hendrik van Duuren, head of logistics at Dirk Rossmann, commented, “The new regional warehouse strengthens the supply of goods in Northwest Germany and simultaneously relieves the burden on our warehouses in Burgwedel and Cologne.
