However, he has since deleted the post after some fans pointed out Hilton hasn't always "been kind" about Padalecki over the years. He posted: "To give more detail re: my post wishing someone well…I had ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA about his past. (sic)"Before deleting his post, Padalecki had initially written on X: "Hey @PerezHilton. Last weekend, Perez's loved ones confirmed he will "require surgery" for his injuries and faces a "long" recovery process.
