Willmar School Board to discuss 2026-27 handbook updates Monday

WILLMAR — The Willmar School Board will discuss and take action on student and employee handbook updates leading up to the 2026-27 school year.
The discussion will take place at the regular board meeting at 4:30 p.m. Monday, Aug. 10, at the Jefferson Learning Center, instead of the regular meeting location.
These handbooks include the Cardinal Place Handbook, Elementary Student Handbook, Middle School Student Handbook, Senior High Student Handbook, Area Learning Center Student Handbook, the School Board Handbook and the Willmar Public Schools Employee Handbook.
Middle School Assistant Principal Jim Menton, Middle School Assistant Principal Kris Egge and Kennedy Assistant Principal Cody Shaffer will be introduced at the meeting as part of a discussion item.
