Meizu's Pandaer brand has launched the PTC16, an 80W GaN charger with three USB-C ports, priced at 229 yuan (about $32) on Tmall. The PTC16 measures 85.5 x 50 x 13.9 mm and weighs 99 g. It is built around what Pandaer describes as a smartphone-like, three-layer internal structure. With a single port in use, the primary USB-C port outputs up to 80W using Meizu's mCharge protocol or up to 65W via PD3.0/PPS for other devices; the two remaining ports each individually support up to 65W. With two ports active, output is split into 45W and 20W or 45W and 15W, depending on the combination. With all three ports active, the primary port is capped at 45W, while the two secondary ports each provide up to 15W.
