Voters in Karnataka can now check online whether their names have been flagged under the Absent, Shifted, Duplicate, Dead, and Others (ASDDO) category as part of the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the electoral rolls. So far, over one crore of the State’s 5.54 crore registered voters have been marked under this category. Chief Electoral Officer V. Anbukumar on Tuesday launched the online portal, enabling voters to verify their status. District-wise ASDDO lists are available on the CEO’s website. As of August 4, 1,11,07,461 voters had been classified under the ASDDO category.
