Memphis-based Valentine focuses on property/casualty insurance and employee benefits across West Tennessee and the Mid-South, Oakridge said in a statement. This includes habitational and hospitality practices as well as expertise in open lot insurance for automobile inventory while vehicles are on dealership lots, the statement said. All Valentine employees will remain with the company, according to an email from a spokeswoman. Oakbridge Insurance is the 42nd-largest broker of U.S. business, according to the most recent Business Insurance rankings.
