A WOMAN died in Droitwich yesterday (Wednesday), following a medical emergency. West Midlands Ambulance Service was called to the incident on Pointon Way, Hampton Lovett, around 2.46pm. Two ambulances and a Midlands Air Ambulance helicopter responded to the scene. Crews arrived to find a woman being given CPR by bystanders and a defibrillator was also being used. Sadly, despite the best efforts of everyone on scene, the woman was confirmed dead a short time later.
