New details on Intel's rumored Nova Lake-S desktop APU have surfaced from hardware leaker Jaykihn, providing power-limit and cache figures alongside details of the previously rumored 65 W-class power-delivery segment for the chip's 12-core Xe3P integrated graphics configuration.
The same source also shared L2 cache sizes for Intel's two upcoming Xe3-generation GPU configurations.
The Xe3P 12Xe block used in Nova Lake carries 20 MB of L2 cache, while the Xe3 12Xe block in the already-announced Panther Lake mobile platform carries 16 MB.
Nova Lake-S is expected to pair a 4P+8E+4LP-E CPU configuration with the 12Xe3P graphics block, and earlier leaks indicated that this specific SKU is the only Nova Lake-S variant requiring two VCCGT power phases to reach full graphics performance.
As with all preliminary leak data, these specifications come from unreleased engineering materials and may not reflect final retail configurations.
