Her family accused the practitioner of negligence after she developed breathing difficulties following an injection. The student Challa Hemasri (14), who was studying at the local Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, fell ill with a cold and fever; her parents took her to a local RMP Sampath. Family members stated that after the RMP administered the injection, the girl experienced breathing difficulties and was immediately rushed to a private hospital in Khammam. The police have registered a case; launched an investigation and the RMP has absconded, said SI Suraj.
