Major construction has begun on the $630 million Fairfield Hospital Redevelopment in Western Sydney, marking a significant step towards transforming healthcare services for the local community. The latest phase of the project involves construction of a new multi-storey car park at the southern end of Fairfield Hospital. The Fairfield Hospital redevelopment will also include a new five-storey clinical services building connected to the existing hospital. The NSW Government has committed $630 million to the Fairfield Hospital Redevelopment, including an $80 million contribution from the Commonwealth Government. As construction progresses, Fairfield Hospital is set to undergo a major transformation designed to meet the region’s long-term healthcare needs.
