Alex Smith, 33, of Queens Drive, was originally convicted of rape of a child under 13 in 2006 and has several further convictions between 2006 and 2026 for breaches of a Sexual Harm Prevention Order or notification requirements, as well as possession of indecent images of children. Due to these breaches, Smith is subject to a lifelong Sexual Harm Prevention Order and various notification requirements.
