The pair, alongside Angelika Nacef from Aberdeen, are the only Scottish drivers in the running for the national title.
First Bus finalists were selected through a series of assessments, including driver quality monitoring, technical performance and customer service.
Craig Pemberton, driver training excellence manager at First Bus, said: "Our drivers deliver day in, day out for customers with skill and dedication.
"I wish all of them the best of luck in the finals and hope we can again call one of our drivers the Bus Driver of the Year."
The highest-placed First Bus driver in the competition will receive a £1000 prize, while the runner-up will be awarded £500.
