Rogers has switched on 5G service in Matane-sur-Mer, Quebec, bringing faster wireless to the west end of Matane. “As Canada’s most reliable wireless network, we’re investing in expanding 5G service to more places like Matane‑sur‑Mer,” said Edith Cloutier, Regional President, Quebec & Atlantic, Rogers. “This new 5G service will strengthen connectivity for residents and local businesses.” Rogers says it has invested nearly $40 billion in its networks over the past decade, and this expansion builds on that. Matane-sur-Mer pushes that footprint into coastal Quebec for the business community and beyond.
