Foodshed Forum Fairfield County announces Localizing Food in Connecticut: How We Grow, Share, and Sustain Local Agriculture, a panel discussion taking place on Wednesday, Sept 2, 2026 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm at North Greenwich Congregational Church.
Opening remarks will be delivered by Bryan Hurlburt, Connecticut’s Commissioner of Agriculture, followed by a panel discussion moderated by Ali Ghiorse, Executive Director of The Foodshed Network.
Foodshed Forum Fairfield County, a program of The Foodshed Network, is an educational and convening platform focused on systemic change within the food system.
Its panel discussions facilitate the cross-pollination of ideas and best practices among practitioners and community members interested in building a just, equitable, resilient, and regionalized food system.
