Quiston Da Silva, of Curtis Street, Bosco Fernandes, of Theobald Street and Richie Lobo, of Summers Street, all in their 20s, were charged with drug offences and first appeared at Swindon Magistrates Court on November 29, 2024. After the trio previously pleaded not guilty to all charges, on the day of their trial, which was listed for June 10, they changed some of their pleas to guilty. Da Silva pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cannabis, being concerned in the supply of cannabis and possession of cannabis at Swindon Crown Court. Co-defendants Fernandes and Lobo also pleaded guilty to possession with intent to supply cannabis and being concerned in the supply of cannabis. Da Silva and Fernandes were previously employed by Tesco, while Lobo has previously been described as a friend.
