Experts working with the exiled Belarusian opposition presented evidence at a meeting on Friday which they said documented the Lukashenko regime’s involvement in Russia’s aggression against Ukraine, PAP reported.
Latushka, who is now based in Warsaw, served as Belarus’s ambassador to Poland from 2002 to 2008 before later breaking with the Lukashenko regime and joining the opposition.
