The student, Challa Hemasri (14), who was studying at the local Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya, fell ill with a cold and fever; her parents took her to a local RMP, Sampath. The police have registered a case, launched an investigation, and the RMP has absconded, said SI Suraj.
