The burglaries have taken place between Saturday, August 1 and yesterday Thursday, August 6. Police received reports of break-ins at businesses including Humphries Shoes, Card Factory, Boots Opticians, Smart Ideas, Boots Pharmacy, and Norbury theatre. During the burglaries, items including cash, charity collection boxes, electronic devices and other property were stolen. Droitwich Safer Neighbourhood Team Inspector Lisa Hornberger said: “Thanks to the excellent work of our Safer Neighbourhood Team we have been able to make a quick arrest in connection with these offences. “Our enquiries remain ongoing, and we would continue to encourage anyone with information that could assist us to come forward.”
