Capital&Centric, alongside Huntingdonshire District Council, has proposed building up to 83 homes in two five-storey blocks at the Tebbutts Road car park in St Neots. The large car park near the centre of town has 241 spaces. Ian Sollom, MP for St Neots and Mid Cambridgeshire, said: "I am deeply concerned by this threat to town centre car parking. "While we all want to see our town thrive, Capital & Centric’s emerging proposals threaten to remove essential town centre parking. We must make sure that residents can easily get into St Neots town centre and park close by when they need to."
